This is one of the most important components of an HR strategy that will make both employee recruitment and retention easier.
- Vacation and leave: At some point, workers will need to be given time off and step away from their day-to-day tasks to recharge. Organizations should create fair policies in this area that allow people to take personal time away from their job duties and responsibilities and come back refreshed and ready to once again perform at a high level.
